REVIEW

I have been hearing great things about this book for such a long time and I’m so glad I finally get to mark this book as “read”. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is a fresh, fun, and practical approach to the self-help genre – and I thought it did its job perfectly. As a reader, you will walk away with real advice on how to start giving your time and attention to the things/people that really matter to you. Mark Manson explains that we have the tendency to focus on things that we find to be important in the moment, but when we take a look at the big picture, many of the trivial things we spend our time on wind up being just that … trivial. Once you learn where to direct your time and energy, you’ll learn the subtle art of not giving a f*ck.
